CONDITIONS OF USE

You have read and accepted the following conditions:

1. General conditions:

   1. The objective of the Sainte-Adele portal and more precisely, the photo and video pages, is to share and distribute photos and videos regarding the City of Sainte-Adele.

   2. You must provide prior acceptance of the conditions of use for the available photo and video services. You recognize and accept that the use of services is an acceptance of these conditions.

2. Your contributions: Content and Rights.

   1. The Sainte-Adele portal does not guarantee the confidentiality of your contributions.

   2. You have sole responsibility for your contributions and the consequences of their publication. We take no responsibility in regard to your contributions

3. You grant unlimited rights to the Sainte-Adele Chamber of Commerce and users of the portal, that is to say:
   
   - the non-exclusive right, without financial consideration, to use, reproduce, distribute and represent your contributions, to create resulting derivative works, including but not limited to, for the purpose of promotion and redistribution of all or any part of the internet site in any format and medium.
   
   Please be respectful and responsible! You agree to comply with the following rules:

   1. To publish photos, videos or comments, you must open an account. In order to do so, you must complete the provided registration form.

   2. All your photos, videos, descriptions and comments are verified and validated by the portal administration before they are published.

   3. Failure to comply with these conditions could result in suspension of your account.

   4. You agree to respect all rights: trademark, images, copyrights, privacy.

   5. All content (photos, videos, descriptions, comments, etc.) must be in connection with Sainte-Adele. The following content is prohibited and will not be published:
      - All forms of commercial or promotional content
      - Political content with the objective of promoting or discussing an electoral program
      - Pornographic content or content sexual in nature
      - Content with any child exploitation
      - Content which includes illegal acts or wrongdoing: incitement to hate, attacks against people because of their race, ethnic identity, handicap, religion, sex, age, as well as defamation, sexual harassment, drug use, justification of war crimes, physical violence or humiliation of people or animals, persecution, any form of threats and discrimination.
      - Content with violent images or language
      - Content with personal information or that does not respect the privacy of individuals

Privacy Statement and Personal Information:

1. The publication of videos, photos, descriptions and comments in regard to these mediums requires the creation of an account. When the account is created, some personal information is requested: Family and first names, email address and city.

2. All information you publish (photos, videos, descriptions) and comments you make on other mediums are accessible to the public and can be used by third parties.

3. Only your family and first names, your photos, videos, descriptions and comments are visible to other users. Your email address is not visible.

4. Your personal information will not be used under any circumstance.
